** Office Hours are made by appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate families and meet as soon as possible.
~ I will answer emails periodically throughout the week, however, I will be available to meet with parents and/or students by appointment to discuss assignments, marks, calendar, or any concerns/questions you may have.
** Early morning & after school J-Block Classes begin on Monday, September 11 @ 7:15 am
Mondays @ 7:15 - 8:50 am - Pit Orchestra
Tuesdays @ 7:15 - 8:50 am - Senior Jazz
Wednesdays @ 7:15 - 8:50 am - Symphonic Band (Gr 10 - 12)
Wednesdays @ 3:45 - 5:30 pm - Choir
Thursdays @ 7:15 - 8:50 am - Junior Jazz
Fridays @ 1:30 - 4:30 pm - Pit Orchestra (plus extra rehearsals / workshops. See calendar)
** Small ensemble rehearsals will occur on Fridays at 7:15 - 8:50 am and at lunches/alternative days listed
** Instrument Sectionals & mentorship lessons occur during lunches, after school, and Friday mornings as scheduled. Sectionals are mandatory to meet course outcomes and requirements for 5 credits. Please follow our in person and online calendar for sectional times. Sectional times are booked by a senior section leader.
** Percussionists will have percussion workshops monthly. All Grade 9 - 12's required to attend. This will also include Percussion ensemble rehearsals during these workshops. **
