Grade 9 & 10 Band Camp

 CALLING ALL PARENTS!! We are looking for chaperones for our amazing band camp to Camp Evergreen. If all or a majority of students in gr. 9 and 10 band come, we could have close to 75 students with us at camp!! Woo Hoo! This means we need 7 chaperones (mix of male and female) to accompany us. :)

Here are the requirements for camp chaperones:

1. 1. Be available to attend camp from Monday, October 28 @ 8:00 am until Wednesday, October 30 around 4:30 pm. 
2. 2. Attend one parent/chaperone meeting prior to camp
3. 3. Obtain a police check prior to attending camp (a form was sent out from the school today - Thursday, October 3. You need to come in and get it authorized by Mrs. Poole and submit it to the RCMP office downtown Cochrane).
4. 4. Ability to sleep on a glorious bunk bed :)
5. 5. Willingness to supervise and (if you so choose) participate in fun games and activities such as archery, wall climbing, zip line, snowshoeing (depending on weather), field games, team building games & others?
6. 6. Enjoy lots of down time to read a book, play cards, take a nap or watch lovely music making happen... or even do work if needed. 
7. 7. Love for great food and fun people :)
